Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell to speak at 2018 Kentucky Chamber Day

UPDATE: Due to unexpected schedule demands in Washington, Sen. McConnell will no longer be able to attend Kentucky Chamber Day. 

On the heels of passing federal tax reform, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has been added to the Kentucky Chamber Day program.

Kentucky Chamber day is set for January 4, kicking off the first week of the 2018 legislative session. Chamber day is the state’s largest gathering of business and political leaders, with speeches from Kentucky’s political leadership. Kentucky political leaders slated to speak to the over 1,500 attendees are Governor Matt Bevin, Senate President Robert Stivers, Speaker Pro Tempore David Osborne, Senate Minority Leader Ray Jones, and House Minority Leader Rocky Adkins.

Kentucky Chamber President and CEO, Dave Adkisson, will voice the business community’s legislative priorities for the 2018 session. Joe Craft, Kentucky Chamber Chairman, will also deliver remarks on his goals for the upcoming year.
