“The interim provides us an opportunity to research, investigate, and work with stakeholders to identify areas the legislature needs to address. The vast majority of what we accomplished during the 2024 Regular Session has its roots in the work we did last summer and fall – including the budget, our $2.7 billion one-time investment plan, and legislation aimed at making Kentucky communities safer.” Speaker of the House David Osborne said.
