Gov. Matt Bevin to discuss his re-election campaign at the Kentucky Chamber Business Summit and Annual Meeting

full-bevin-interview-00_31_27_02-still029Ahead of the 2019 general elections, Kentucky Gov. Matt Bevin will sit down with Jacqueline Pitts, managing editor of The Bottom Line, to discuss his re-election race and key issues that will take center stage during the campaign.

Both Bevin and his Democratic opponent, Kentucky Attorney General Andy Beshear, were invited to participate in a governor’s race forum at the Kentucky Chamber Business Summit and Annual Meeting in July. Beshear declined the invitation and the forum was shifted to a one-on-one discussion with Gov. Bevin.

The Kentucky Chamber’s 2019 Business Summit and Annual Meeting, presented by Bingham Greenebaum Doll, will be held on July 11-12 in Louisville. The discussion between Bevin and Pitts will take place on the morning of Friday, July 12.

Now in its fourteenth year, the Business Summit and Annual Meeting, provides an opportunity for business leaders throughout the Commonwealth to discuss the issues related to the local, national and international economies. The Kentucky Chamber’s signature event has consistently brought renowned journalists, political analysts and speakers to the Business Summit with the intent to enhance the conversations had during the two-day think tank.
